'Cue Autism Honoree
This year, PopEarth is proud to honor Chris Savino at our 'Cue Autism Celeb Chef BBQ Festival! The Manhasset resident has been an advocate for children’s health, safety and welfare from his early days on Wall Street. In his community, Chris has worked with the school board on MAAC, mentors college bound students for Wall Street and continues to help raise the awareness of teen drug and alcohol abuse.
Chris continues to be dedicated to helping children and young adults with autism and developmental needs, the mission of PopEarth. Chris' extensive charity work has also been instrumental in helping St Mary’s Children's Hospital with their Hospital expansion. In addition Chris' philanthropy has extended to the American Heart Association, St Francis Hospital, MS Society, Children’s Leukemia, Make A Wish, GOAL and Dogs for the Deaf. In 2015, Chris was honored as a “King of Queens”, a top business man in NY, for his dedication to helping children.
Chris loves to give back and spends much of his extra time with various organizations trying to help children and young adults with special needs. He looks forward to working with PopEarth in the future.
